Shane Werner founded Next Step Solutions after a decade in the trenches of engineering, fabrication, and operations leadership. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from New Mexico Tech and deep expertise across ETO manufacturing, project management, and upper-level leadership, Shane has seen first-hand where growing businesses stall — and exactly what it takes to get them moving again.
His approach is grounded in real-world experience: as a Lean Certified, Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, Shane brings structured problem-solving and continuous improvement thinking to every engagement. Whether optimizing a production floor or building the systems that let a leadership team scale, he focuses on practical solutions that actually stick.
